High Performance Sports Training
Whatever the sport may be, we will prepare you for it. We aspire to get you into the best shape of your life, and prepare you for your upcoming season(s). We take no short cuts in aiding you to be a stronger and faster version of yourself while building confidence in your abilities to perform at a high level from start to finish.
Individual/Private Session: $80 per session 2-5 Athletes: $70 per session
6-10 Athletes: $50 per session
10 SESSIONS MINIMUM
Armed Forces, Police Academy, FBI Academy, Firefighter Bootcamp Preparation
This training is four weeks of physical and mental preparation for your division of service to our communities. We will help you to find athletic and mental abilities that are suppressed within you, bring them to the forefront, and keep them in your short term memory to achieve your goals.
Individual/Private Session: $60 per session
2-5 People: $50 per session
6-12 People: $40 per session
Stroke Survivors Training
We offer physical training and physical therapy for stroke survivors. We have licensed physical therapists and occupational therapists available for training and physical therapy. All training and therapy will be designed through Andre Cason, and administered by a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Armed Forces FitnessTraining
Thank you for your service. We understand that you are trained to be ready to handle whatever needs to be done to keep our country safe. Our priority is to get you physically fit and mentally strong to achieve your task time, and time again, with the confidence of a World Champion.
Individual Training: $50 per session
2-5 People: $35 per session 6-10 People: $20 per session
Educators and First Responders Training
Educators and First Responders are the most underrated and underpaid professionals in the United States. Fitness training can be an outlet and a stress reliever. We offer bootcamp and circuit style training with early morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend sessions available. Whatever your goals may be, we aim to provide the very best physical training solutions to prepare you for your day to day challenges, and provide an outlet to reduce stress to enhance career longevity.
Individual Training: $50 per session
2-5 People: $35 per session
6-10 People: $20 per session
NCAA Scholarship Consultation
We help Student Athlete to find the Program that fulfills their Academic and Athletic requirements. We also assist Student-Athletes with the recruitment process, as well as enlighten student-athletes on the ups and downs of being a student-athlete.

NCAA Portal Transfer Assistance
We assist Student-Athletes who have the desire to transfer from their current college or university to a different college or university. We help the Student-Athlete and their Parents to understand the NCAA transfer portal, and inform them of any rule changes. We also walk the Student-Athlete through the entire transfer process to ensure that they are compliant with NCAA transfer portal rules and regulations.

NIL Consultation
W consult with Student-Athletes with creating their ‘brand’ throughout their entire high school and college career, with the understanding that they will change and evolve as they grow in the sport, and in life. With consent of the Student-Athlete and Parents, we consult with companies and organizations who are seeking to secure NIL agreement(s) with said Student-Athlete, identify the desires of the company and convey them to the Athlete and Parents, with 100% transparency.
